Rockstar Games today announced Max Payne Mobile, slating the game to arrive first on iOS devices on April 12, with an Android version being released on April 26.


It has been updated for iOS and Android devices with high-definition graphics, new textures, operability with the company's Social Club, and customizable controls.


Max Payne Mobile for iOS will run on the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod Touch 4, iPad 1, iPad 2, and the new iPad. Rockstar will release a list of supported Android devices at a later date. A price for Max Payne Mobile was not announced.

For those of you who doesn't know Max Payne, here is a small intro to the game :


Max Payne is a third-person shooter in which the player assumes the role of its titular character, Max Payne. Almost all the gameplay involves bullet time-based gun-fights and levels are generally straightforward, occasionally incorporating platforming and puzzle-solving elements. The game's storyline is advanced by the player following Max's internal monologue as the character determines what his next steps should be. Several of the game's levels involve surrealistic nightmares and drug-related hallucinations of Payne.

The gameplay of Max Payne revolves around bullet time, a form of slow motion — when triggered, the passage of time is slowed down to such extent that the movements of bullets can be seen by the naked eye and enables Max to perform special moves.

A rumor has been leaked today stating that a Cydia or Installous similar app called HackStore will be released soon to mimic the Jailbroken iOS device experience to Mac OSX where your Mac will be freed from all of its limits and gives you endless possibilities to customize and control your device. Applications and tweaks that Apple doesn’t allow in the App Store can be found in an alternative marketplace named Cydia. Not only does Cydia offer apps that bypass iOS restrictions, it also makes the apps much easier to find and best of all more than 75% of the Paid apps are free to get..!

According to The HackStore developer "Andrey Fedotov" , Much of the store is already done but now content and design are the important things left.

Shortcuts are of a great importance for frequent users of computers in general who are worried about the time spent during their work is done, Therefore i thought of sharing my knowledge in Mac OSX Keyboard shortcuts, but before we start here are some OSX  Keys Terminology :

. (Command key) - On some Apple keyboards, this key also has an Apple logo ( )
(Control key)
(Option key) - "Alt" may also appear on this key
(Shift key)
(Caps Lock) - Toggles Caps Lock on or off
fn (Function key)

Most Used Mac OS X Keyboard Shortcuts For BeginnersThe following is a list of very simple, shortcuts that everyone should know. They can be used nearly anywhere and are invaluable in saving time.


Command+C = Copy

This can be used for virtually anything in almost any program. You can copy files, text, and images.


Command+V = Paste

This is used to put the copied file in the place you want.


Command+Tab = Change Applications

This keyboard shortcut allows you to switch to different open applications very quickly. Hold Command down and press tab more than once to change to different applications. Release when you have chosen the application you want. This is called tabbing through applications.


Command+Shift+Tab = Change Applications (Reverse)

This is one of the less known keyboard shortcuts. If you want to go in the opposite direction when tabbing through applications simple hold shift and press as many times as needed.

Command+Q = Quit Application

This quits the application.


Command+Z = Undo

This allows you to undo something you did. This will normally be available in Word or a similar application. Of course this is available in many other places where you are creating something.


Command+Y or Command+Shift+Z = Redo

If you have used undo and change your mind, you can change it back.


Command+A = Select All

Selects everything in a window. This can be in finder or in other places where selection of files is available. Can also be used in a variety of other applications where you can select things


Click+Shift+Click = Select Multiple Files

This selects all of the files from where you first clicked until the last place that you clicked


Command+Click = Select Certain Multiple Files

This will allow you to select many files on that are not necessarily in consecutive order.

Keyboard shortcuts that many intermediate users do not know. Some of these keyboard shortcuts will save you a lot of time and frustration!

For Text

Command+(Left or Right Arrow Keys) = Skip to the Beginning or End of a Line of Text.

This can be used when editing text. This will save you a lot of time!


Command+Shift+(Left or Right Arrow Keys) = Highlight an Entire Line

This is one of the best keyboard shortcuts in my opinion. Highlight the entire line to quickly delete, copy, or replace text.

Alt+(Left or Right Arrow Keys) = Skip Across Text By Word

Skip across text by word rather than by character. This can be combined with shift in order to quickly highlight words.

Command+W = Close Tab in Browser

Closes a single tab in a browser window


Command+Shift+W = Close Entire Window

Closes the entire window and all of the tabs inside of a window.


Command+T = Open New Tab

Opens a new tab in your currently open window.


Backspace = Back

Go to the page you were on before in your browser.


Command+F = Find

This Keyboard Shortcut Finds text on a webpage.


Command+Click = Open in New Tab

When holding Command and clicking on a link, a new tab will open with click link's content.


Control+Tab = Tab Through Tabbed Windows

Allows you to quickly move through different tabs. Adding shift will allows you to tab in the opposite direction.

As many of you might already know, Google has terminated the Android Market for Android (Similar to that of Apple Appstore) and gave birth to a new store called Google Play, in fact it's not more than a renaming process with minor changes, but this change has came up with some problems to a number of users ranging from the mostly common one "Server Error", with some Android users reporting forced closes, web browsing issues, and the disappearing of paid apps. 

Therefore, Google has been releasing updates on an almost weekly basis to overcome those bugs. Such bugs should now have been squished with update v3.5.16, which has leaked into the wild yesterday, and promises to fix the reported issues.

To install it onto your device, just follow the usual step of overwriting your current Google Play Store. Also, make sure your device is able to sideload apps apart from the Play Store, from the home screen tap the Menu button, go to Settings > Applications and check the Unknown Sources box. Be sure to change the extension of the .apk in the event that your browser decides to spontaneously download it as something else, like a .zip or .bin. Then open the file and install it....Tada...you're done.

Well, this isn't far from truth since dozens of Shenzen based factories in China has emerged lately with a tremendously improved versions of the well known Android OS 4.0. (ICS) tablets, some of these are becoming well known brands nowadays with standalone R&D departments of their own (not cloning other brands or models), for instance: SmartQ, Ainol, Onda, Ployer besides others.

In fact, the Chinese companies has it's own Chipsets some are of their own invention like Rockship with a Vivante GC Series GPU and other which are based on the ARM Cortex A8 & A9 like Allwinner A10 ( Manycore Processor : CPU, GPU, AEPU VPU...etc.) with the SGS II Mali 400 GPU & the less popular Amlogic SoC.


Other unique features include Super HD 2160P playback capability through HDMI (exclusive feature), IPS screens (Exclusively found in Ainol Novo 7 Aurora for 7" tablets running ICS android)  and most 9.7" tablets similar to that found in iPad for a perfect wide angle viewing, besides the mostly non imitated designs and of course Solely ruining Android 4.0.3 ICS which is still not seen in all of the well known brands of the APad as Samsung, Motorola, HTC and others, and last but not the least : their price range, totally affordable in most competitive cases.


But as usual life isn't complete, there must be a drawback in some aspects of life and so does these Chinese tablets specifically those running ICS, they lack a Bluetooth and mostly the internal 3G connectivity (can accept 3G dongles through OTG usb) ,  the battery life (speaking of operating hours on Wifi -- it's short) as for the quality; it depends on the Brand (manufacturer) most of the Brands mentioned earlier are ranging from a good to excellent materials and build quality.
